COMPREHENSIVE COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE CONSENT AND EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT

As NetMilli, we aim to establish transparent and trust-based communication with our customers within the framework of legal regulations. This text has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, and the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698 to record your explicit consent regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages.

ARTICLE 1 – CONSENT AND SCOPE

I declare that I have read and understood the KVKK Clarification Text provided to me, and in this context, I give my explicit consent to Resul Ertuğrul (NetMilli) for the transmission of general and/or personalized campaigns, discount opportunities, promotions, new product introductions, newsletters, customer satisfaction surveys, celebrations, and market research activities related to the products and services offered; via SMS (Short Message), E-mail, Voice Call, WhatsApp, Multimedia Messages (MMS), and all other digital/electronic communication channels using the contact information I have voluntarily provided during the order phase or in the membership system; and for my contact data to be processed for this purpose and shared with domestic/international technology suppliers (bulk SMS/e-mail service providers, etc.) within legal limits.

ARTICLE 2 – RIGHT OF REFUSAL AND OPT-OUT PROCEDURES (İYS)

I am aware that I can withdraw the explicit consent and commercial electronic message approval I have given in this context at any time, without providing any justification, without paying any penalty, and completely free of charge. I accept and declare that I can easily exercise my right of refusal (opt-out) at any time by:

  • Clicking the "Unsubscribe / Refuse" links or following the instructions provided in the SMS or e-mails sent to me,
  • Directly deactivating through the Message Management System (İYS) via the e-Government Gateway,
  • Or by notifying NetMilli authorities in writing via the e-mail, KEP address, or WhatsApp communication line specified below; and that the sending of commercial messages to me will be stopped within the legal period of 3 (three) business days following the receipt of my refusal notification by the institution.

ARTICLE 3 – NON-PRECONDITION STATUS

I declare that I understand that this commercial electronic message consent is not presented as a prerequisite for purchasing any product or service through the NetMilli platform, and that even if I do not provide this consent, I can continue my shopping processes (excluding basic contractual notifications such as orders, cargo tracking, and invoices) without any issues.

ARTICLE 4 – ELECTRONIC CONSENT DECLARATION

I declare that I have read and understood this text and that I have approved it electronically with my free will under log/IP records by checking the relevant checkbox on the website/mobile application screen or by clicking the "I Accept / I Approve" button.
